Your server. Your accounts. Your data.
Everything I build runs on infrastructure in your name. I don't host it, I don't store your data, and when we finish, my access is gone.
While I build, I have temporary access to your server only. Your accounting software and Slack connect through their own sign-in, so I never see those passwords.
Four rules I keep.
Questions about your data.
Where exactly is my data stored?
On a server you rent in your own name, from a provider you choose. Your accounting data stays in QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo as it does today.
Do you ever see my financial data?
While I build and tune the system, I work on your server, so I can see what it processes. That access is temporary and is removed at handover. The quote includes a written data clause.
What do I pay the providers?
Your server, automation and AI accounts are billed to you directly at their published prices. I don't add a markup and I don't charge a monthly fee.
What happens if we stop working together?
Nothing breaks. The system runs on your accounts, and you have the handover guide to change it or hand it to someone else.
